Our return policy for European Union customers reflects our dedication to quality and fair business practices to align with the European Union legislation. For countries outside EU returns are not provided - but full quality warranty is provided for all product for 12 months since purchase date.
Initiating a Return
- Contact us first: Email hello@lundform.com with your return reason.
- Time frame: Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Eligibility Criteria
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Location: Returns only processed for EU orders.
Return Process
- Await our email confirmation and instructions.
- Package item securely in its original box.
- Ship the order to our processing center
